We are proud to present the full-scale transformation of this magnificent 13,000 sq. ft. country home in the heart of Hampshire. Our team delivered a complete architectural and interior refurbishment, seamlessly blending heritage craftsmanship with state-of-the-art modern living.

Architectural Interiors & Bespoke Craftsmanship

  • Artisan Finishes: The ground floor is defined by a grand spiral staircase and a dining hall featuring custom hand-painted murals. Throughout the property, we utilised traditional fibrous plaster techniques to install ornate new cornices, wall mouldings, and intricate panelling.
  • Bespoke Joinery: Precision-engineered joinery was integrated into every room, from the custom-built basement bar to the master-suite walk-in wardrobes.
  • Luxury Kitchen: A premium, bespoke kitchen by deVOL Kitchens was installed, serving as the functional and aesthetic heart of the home.
  • Signature Fireplaces: We installed Stûv double-sided fireplaces to create architectural focal points, including a dual-aspect feature between the kitchen and dining room.

Modern Leisure & Wellness

  • Basement Transformation: Through complex structural alterations, we converted the basement into a flexible entertainment hub. Crittall-style internal French doors and bi-folds create versatile zones for a games room, snooker lounge, and an expansive media area.
  • Wellness Suite: A dedicated health wing was constructed, featuring a professional-grade gym, two shower rooms, and a custom-built steam room and sauna.

Technical Excellence & Infrastructure

  • Smart Home Integration: The estate features a comprehensive AV upgrade, controlled via a Crestron ecosystem for security and media. Lighting is managed by a sophisticated Lutron system for effortless ambience control.
  • Exterior Engineering: To resolve historical water ingress and cold-bridging, we reconstructed the 3,000 sq. ft. terrace. The finish features high-performance porcelain tiles on a pedestal and rail system, ensuring long-term durability and easy access to the roof substructure.
