Our renovation of a Grade 2 listed building in central London needed expert handling by Candor as a previous building company had let us down badly part way through the build.

Candor were able to bring together previously disgruntled trades and get them and Candors own artisan’s to work together to finish a most impressive project.

Max Pritchard project managed the restoration and was able to retrofit service accesses that had been overlooked previously saving future issues.

His can do attitude meant that any changes in design by the design team or lighting was accommodated without fuss.

The Candor team were able to suggest cost saving and innovative measures without compromising finish.

We continue to use Candor for our ongoing maintenance to both the house and attached offices and have no hesitation in recommending them for similar projects.

Candor respond immediately to any maintenance issues that we have and arrange for their engineer or technician’s attendance.

I am in direct contact with the owner of the company who is always keen to please.

Any work that has been quoted is completed as agreed, fitting in with our timings.
